Victoria Williams
Owner/Teacher
Mrs. Victoria Williams, the director and lead teacher of Little Scholars Childcare Academy. Started her early childhood journey in 2004, after the birth of her son. She begin working in the childcare industry as a lead infant room teacher at a local daycare. Over the course of her time in the childcare industry she has taught all age groups from infants to after schoolers. She eventually became a certified educator and has taught high school students for the past 4 years. She has made the decision to return to her first passion of early childhood education and hence the birth of Little Scholars Childcare Academy.
She believes in the Montessori method of education because each child can develop and grow at his/her own pace, and this opens the door for them to reach their full potential. A developmentally appropriate curriculum can incorporate some very important life skills which will enhance a child’s understanding of his/her environment. Learning how to negotiate and reason with peers amicably, developing patience, and learning common courtesy, are important life skills.
At Little Scholars Childcare Academy, children enjoy a balance of teacher guided curriculum, and free play time, which she believes caters to a healthy learning environment.

Teaching children has been a consistent joy for her and giving back to the community has always been one of her primary goals!
